Lumino Otaki is seeking a few Casual Dental Assistants who can support across our two practices Otaki & Waikane during busy periods staff leave and future locum coverage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clinicians chairside during procedures
- Preparing rooms instruments and equipment
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation
- Welcoming patients and assisting with reception tasks when required
- Helping the team deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications :
Were keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred but training would be given to the right candidate
- Knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication organisational and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have valid NZ work rights and lives locally
- Hold a valid NZ driver licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (as travel between Ōtaki and Waikanae will be required).
