We are seeking a motivated and professional Retail Associate to join our Riverside this role you will represent Trillex Events in retail environments ensuring exceptional customer engagement product presentation and brand representation. You will play a key role in supporting promotional campaigns maintaining retail standards and contributing to overall sales performance.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
Maintain product displays and ensure merchandising standards are met
Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
Support in-store promotional campaigns and brand activations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and performance targets
Uphold company policies procedures and brand standards at all times
