Job Summary
Were looking for a talented Graphic Designer (Level II or III) with strong experience in packaging and production design to help bring our products and brand to life across physical and digital touchpoints. This role blends creative problem-solving with high attention to detail and technical execution. Youll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop packaging production-ready assets and scalable image systemsusing both traditional design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity craftsmanship and emerging technology.
- Design and execute packaging systems from concept through production ensuring brand consistency and production accuracy
- Create production-ready design files including dielines print specs color standards and final artwork
- Build retouch and manage image assets including photo processing compositing and color correction
- Generate and refine visual assets using AI tools (e.g. image generation enhancement background creation iteration support)
- Develop scalable asset libraries for product imagery packaging and marketing use
- Collaborate with marketing product development R&D operations and external vendors to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements
- Prepare files for print and manufacturing partnering with vendors to troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across packaging and visual systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

What Youll Bring to the Team

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 36 years of professional design experience
- Proven experience in packaging design and production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with photo retouching compositing and image optimization
- Experience building and managing image and asset systems
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for asset creation and enhancement
- Strong understanding of print production processes color management and file preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
