As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Mossman Johnston Road:

Our small 62-place centre is located on Kuku Yalanji land nestled amidst stunning rainforests. The cool rainy climate creates a wonderful natural environment for both children and staff.

The centre operates from 6:30am to 5:30pm providing a supportive and enriching environment for everyone involved with the full backing of head office management to mentor teach and inspire.

Youll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
