Job Summary

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days asdeterminedby the business needs of the team. 

We are looking for an exceptional strategy and operations leader with strong quantitative problem solving communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate withsenior stakeholdersand collaborate with a variety of people and job functionsaccomplishingtasks of high complexity and scope and perform professionally in a challenging ambiguous and fast-paced a leader who can recognize opportunities to drive business growth or improve processes and who can lead a team to bring these ideas to life.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational projectsimpactingthe Sales and GTM Ops organization including GTM strategy development process improvement and automation.
  • Deliveronkey global processes such as annual planninginvolving investment prioritizationsales territory building and quota setting; forecasting; andend of quarter revenue attribution.
  • Advise senior sales members on growing their businesswithdata-driven actionable recommendationsvia business health governance motions and business reviews
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimizationand AI-based automation
  • Deliver business reports strategic and operational reviews project updates and executive summaries.

Qualifications :

BasicQualifications:

  • BA/BS degree ineconomics management science business applied math statistics finance analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years experienceina strategicoranalyticalrole includingConsulting Finance Business OperationsSales/ RevenueOperationsorothersimilarindustry.
  • 5 years experiencewithdata analysis/ modelling(Excel SQL)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;demonstratedability to structure complex problems develop solutions and craft high-quality executivepresentations.
  • Proventrack recordof leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth performance-focused environment.
  • Expertisewith AI ecosystem to increase team productivityand/or drive business growth
  • Experience withSalesforceTableau and dashboard development.
