Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and operational projectsimpactingthe Sales and GTM Ops organization including GTM strategy development process improvement and automation.
- Deliveronkey global processes such as annual planninginvolving investment prioritizationsales territory building and quota setting; forecasting; andend of quarter revenue attribution.
- Advise senior sales members on growing their businesswithdata-driven actionable recommendationsvia business health governance motions and business reviews
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimizationand AI-based automation
- Deliver business reports strategic and operational reviews project updates and executive summaries.
Qualifications :
BasicQualifications:
- BA/BS degree ineconomics management science business applied math statistics finance analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years experienceina strategicoranalyticalrole includingConsulting Finance Business OperationsSales/ RevenueOperationsorothersimilarindustry.
- 5 years experiencewithdata analysis/ modelling(Excel SQL)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;demonstratedability to structure complex problems develop solutions and craft high-quality executivepresentations.
- Proventrack recordof leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth performance-focused environment.
- Expertisewith AI ecosystem to increase team productivityand/or drive business growth
- Experience withSalesforceTableau and dashboard development.
