岗位概述
面向矿山无人运输与辅助装备协同场景负责交互系统的需求分析功能设计与实现人机交互HMI方案软硬件协同集成以及从仿真到现场的全流程测试与验证确保系统在复杂工况下的安全可靠与高效运行
主要职责
客户需求洞察与规格定义调研矿山作业流程与限制提炼功能/性能/安全需求输出需求规格与开发优先级以及响应的迭代计划
系统功能开发与 HMI 设计实现后台调度与辅助车辆之间的交互能力任务分配状态展示预警与决策提示碰撞指导与告警效率优化等提升现场运营效率与安全性
软硬件协同与接口管理协调传感器/控制器/通信模块与软件算法团队制定标准化接口与数据模型推进模块级到系统级的集成
多层级验证与确认V&V制定并执行 SIL/HIL/台架/现场测试计划覆盖极端工况与边界场景进行缺陷闭环与回归测试
安全与作业规范落实在设计与测试中贯彻风险识别与管控应急预案与作业区规范组织试运行阶段的安全检查与复盘
客户交付与培训为调度/运营/维护人员提供操作培训与使用指南协同推进流程优化与变更管理
工程文档与配置管理维护需求设计测试发布与操作手册等全套文档规范版本
任职资格
学历与专业本科及以上自动化车辆工程电子/计算机控制或相关专业
经验
o 2 年以上 系统工程/工业自动化/无人系统开发经验
o 有矿山无人系统开发经验优先
o 了解装载车辆与无人运输车辆协同经验
o 了解市场通用用户交互车载零部件熟悉常用交互界面
o 了解煤矿安全运营操作流程优先
技术能力
o 了解车载通信CAN/CAN FD以太网UDP/TCP常见协议栈
o 软件与系统C/C/PythonLinux/RTOSROS/中间件组件化/服务化架构
o 传感与执行IMU/GNSS环境感知与数据融合驱动与控制接口
