As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner youll join our onsite talent team to support our partnership with our mining customer the worlds largest gold miner.
In this role youll:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of blue collar portfolios
Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring team
Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I process optimisation and recruitment technology
Remote working is on offer for the right candidate. Candidates located in Brisbane and Perth may work up to two days onsite at our customers offices.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who combines operational excellence in volume recruitment with a passion for building relationships. Youll have:
- 3 years end-to-end recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment within the Mining sector (either owner-operator or contractor services) or similar heavy industry such as Oil and Gas. Labour hire agency recruiters with this experience will be considered
- An understanding of underground and open cut mine operations and related disciplines will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and influence recruitment outcomes
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing market mapping and creating pipelines for future needs
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
