Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in developing manufacturing and deploying products and services that not only meet but exceed our customer expectations. It focuses on delivering a best-in-class quality experience to our customers by conducting qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs) implementing quality metrics and utilizing data-driven methodologies to predict or prevent defects ensuring products meet quality and reliability performance within product life cycle milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the infrastructure to execute the qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs).
  • Design plan and execute the qualification of SSDs and all their components following the industrys best-known practices.
  • Develop a physical understanding model prediction and enhancing the quality and reliability of advanced semiconductor products.
  • Develop cost-effective production monitoring and screening schemes to ensure processes are stable and products meet committed quality and reliability performance

Qualifications :

  • The candidate must have a BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field
  • 6 months of experience in Embedded programming (C C or Python)
  • Must be able to work onsite at Sacramento location.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Good time management
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivator

 

Preferred: 3 months of experience in the following areas:

  • Probability and statistics
  • Statistics Software JMP Minitab or similar
  • Computer programming for data acquisition reduction and analysis
  • Hands on experimental design execution analysis interpretation and synthesis
  • Track record of effectively working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Transistor Device Physics and Fabrication Process
  • Storage Architecture or Firmware experience on NAND memory products

Additional Information :

The compensation range for this role is $84000 - $123900. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.

Working Conditions: This position is a full-time position and is not eligible for remote work. 

Team members work onsite 3 days per week.
