Job Summary

This is an exciting newly created opportunity for someone who loves being behind the scenes and takes real pride in getting the details right. This person will be the go-to for all HR operations from payroll to benefits and onboarding owning those processes end to end and making sure everything runs smoothly accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration
  • Oversee onboarding from a systems and compliance standpoint ensuring new hires are properly set up and supported from day one
  • Act as a dependable internal resource for HR-related questions troubleshooting and operational support
  • Review and analyze HR data regularly to identify discrepancies trends and opportunities for process improvement
