Human Resources Specialist – 65k-75k Base Salary + Excellent WorkLife Balance

This person will be the go-to for all HR operations from payroll to benefits and onboarding owning those processes end to end and making sure everything runs smoothly accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration
• Oversee onboarding from a systems and compliance standpoint ensuring new hires are properly set up and supported from day one
• Act as a dependable internal resource for HR-related questions troubleshooting and operational support
• Review and analyze HR data regularly to identify discrepancies trends and opportunities for process improvement
