We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This is a fully remote full-time position open exclusively to international candidates with a strong background in U.S. personal injury matters. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to work U.S. Central Standard Time hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Maintain consistent communication with clients attorneys medical providers and insurance representatives in both English and Spanish
Request review and follow up on medical records bills and treatment updates
Track case deadlines treatment status and settlement progress to ensure timely case movement
Assist with demand preparation case summaries and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the case management system
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing U.S.-based personal injury cases
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Availability to work 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
