Job Summary
Titile: Workday HCM Lead
Location: Bangalore
As a Workday Delivery Lead you should expect to lead large complex Workday implementations and have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for delivery teams across a portfolio of clients and ensure our contractual and client expectations are met.
Lead teams of consultants and clients to reach their implementation and transformation goals on time and within budget
Work from start to finish on transformation programs with experience along all stages of program lifecycle.
Lead and develop Workday consultants and guide them through career growth.
