Job Summary

A small office-based organization is seeking a Payroll & Administrative Coordinator to manage payroll as the primary responsibility with additional light support across HR and front desk operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Handle payroll-related questions and issues

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding and employee records

  • Assist with general administrative and office coordination

  • Answer phones and greet visitors as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Payroll experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Organized and reliable

  • Comfortable handling varied administrative tasks

  • Professional and friendly communication style

  • HR or administrative experience is a plus

Salary: $70k - $90k/Year
