Job Summary
The Role
Youll be the face of DPD managing a designated route with roughly 50-60 stops. Youre not just a driver; youre a problem-solver and a tech-user. Your role is vital in providing a service that genuinely makes a difference to our customers.
- Drive: Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle across local routes.
- Tech: Use our industry-leading handheld Saturn devices to manage deliveries and track progress.
- Connect: Be the friendly face our customers see every day.
- Move: Load / unload parcels using provided equipment such as a sack barrow / hand truck to safely handle heavier items
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- The Essentials: A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
- Vibe: Youre professional approachable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fitness: Youre physically active and comfortable with the lifting involved in the job.
- Values: You care about doing a good job and treat customers and colleagues with respect.
