Job Summary
Required minimum 15 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing works (plaster flooring tiling painting ceiling doors/windows faç)
- Execute works as per drawings BOQs and specifications
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Coordinate with architects consultants MEP teams and contractors
- Monitor materials quantities and site progress
- Maintain reports measurements and snag lists
- Ensure safety and compliance at site
Skills:
- Knowledge of finishing materials & methods
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Strong coordination and quality control skills
