Job Summary

Role Purpose

The Adobe ACM/AEP Technical Lead & Designer is responsible for shaping governing and delivering high quality marketing technology solutions across Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/RTCDP). This role combines hands on technical expertise with design capability and strong stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design configuration and optimisation across ACM and AEP.
Own and govern platform data flows and integrations.
Support deployments troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Translate business requirements into AEP XDM schemas and segmentation.
Partner with business teams on campaign and journey execution.
Ensure data accuracy permissions governance and compliance.

Skills & Experience

Strong ACM (Classic or v8) and AEP/RTCDP hands on experience.
Strong SQL data analysis and workflow diagnosis.
Adobe design skills for templates assets and workflow layouts.
Calm structured communicator with strong collaboration behaviours.

Nice to Have

Snowflake/AWS exposure.
Adobe certifications.
