- Draft amend and terminate Consulting Agreements
- Review amendments and tasks related to existing contracts to extract information required for Consulting Agreements
- Maintain and manage a register of Consultants including tracking contract renewals
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of Consultants
- Create maintain and update contract records in Salesforce
- Process contract amendments in a timely and accurate manner
- Draft NDAs and Teaming Agreements on existing template
- Provide general support to other members of the Commercial Team as required
- Perform contract administration tasks not covered by other administrative functions
Qualifications :
- Non-professional law degree a degree in criminology political science or a related field; or a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience in contracts
Additional Information :
- Able to obtain and maintain a government secret level clearance
- Hybrid: onsite 2-3 days a week (TuesdayThursday)
