Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bogotá Colombia. As a Business Consultant 3 you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives optimizing business processes and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients across various industries.
- Lead complex consulting projects from inception to successful implementation ensuring client satisfaction and business value delivery
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives
- Perform advanced data analysis and financial modeling to support decision-making processes
- Develop and present compelling business cases reports and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice to clients
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for expanding our service offerings
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business consulting with a proven track record of leading complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and experience with relevant methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis financial modeling and business process optimization
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of business operations industry trends and best practices
- Experience in change management and implementing organizational transformations
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in consulting practices
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) are highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
