Strategic Account Development
- Development and execution of assigned products business plan across all channels.
- Build maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key hospital drugstore chains and Oncology sub-distributors
Tender and Account Management
- Lead DRL Philippines participation in private and government tenders.
- Work with Distributor team and the cross-functional teams (Sales RA Supply Chain Marketing and Compliance) to ensure timeliness completeness of documents and sufficient supply required for tenders participation.
- Collaborate with Distributor team and Sales team to ensure realization of tender awards.
- Drive inclusion of new products into the appropriate tender groups ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with launch timelines.
Business Growth and Performance
- Maximize sales and market share in assigned key accounts through effective planning and execution
- Maintain agreed TIL in assigned key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys footprint within hospitals and institutions.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends competitor pricing tender results and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular feedback and analysis to management to support strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales team RA Supply Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and business continuity.
- Support the sales team in executing account strategies and resolving operational challenges.
Compliance and Ethical standards
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies local regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business.
Minimum work experience: Atleast 7 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical sales with a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Key account management.
Skills & attributes:
- Strong experience in government tender management is a must.
- Must have relevant experience in managing the top chain drug stores
- Experience in managing Oncology sub-distributor or B2B business partnerships will be a preference.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Proactive results-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively
