- Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations and adherence to company policies.
- Develop implement and improve administrative processes workflows and documentation practices.
- Support largescale project execution including project coordination tracking timelines and managing administrative deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project requirements.
- Oversee procurement activities vendor coordination and service agreements; familiarity with SAP Fieldglass is an advantage.
- Prepare reports presentations and project summaries for management review.
- Manage office budgeting expense tracking and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with company standards governance requirements and operational controls.
- Handle escalations resolve administrative issues and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support onboarding and logistics for new hires during peak project periods.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management preferably within large or complex project environments.
- Strong organisational coordination and processoptimization skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Experience in large project setups or supporting major transformation/implementation programs.
- SAP Fieldglass experience is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
