The Director of Marketing Operations serves as a critical strategic partner across the organization collaborating closely with Marketing Medical Affairs Regulatory Legal Compliance and key external agencies. This leader drives operational excellence elevates executional standards and accelerates speedtomarket within a highly regulated and scientifically complex environment.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Effectiveness & Training this role will focus on three key areas to support North America:
1. Content Governance & Deployment Leadership
- Provide strategic oversight of Sobi North Americas endtoend content management ecosystem including Medical Legal & Regulatory Review Committee (SRC) operations print/fulfillment workflows and CLM material deployment.
- Ensure content development and review processes are tightly aligned to franchise strategies and annual brand planning cycles.
- Chair Sobis Executive Review Committee serving as a central integrator across crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure timely compliant and consistent content approvals.
2. Modernization & Innovation Initiatives
- Lead modernization efforts that strengthen operational efficiency including implementation of modular content models and the integration of AIenabled tools within MLR workflows.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve speed and quality and enhance systems supporting content creation and review.
3. Marketing Enablement & Operational Excellence
- Guide crossfunctional teams through marketing enablement initiatives that reinforce best practices elevate operational capability and support continuous improvement.
- Drive planning and governance processes that support annual functional planning agency management and operational readiness across Commercial and CXI&O initiatives.
- Act as a strategic problemsolver providing structure clarity and highvalue project management support for key business priorities.

To succeed in the scope this person will need to:
- Communicate effectively to leadership on large scale initiatives including launches label updates etc.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships across organization to ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment meet deadlines and communicate potential conflicts to leadership
Qualifications :
- BS/BA preferred
- 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- Experience with Veeva Suite: Vault PromoMats CLM required
- Understanding of advertising and promotional process
- Proficiency working in regulated operations environment
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Prior team leadership and cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and reporting on business metrics and KPIs
- Experience in rare disease preferred
