Job Summary
- Transfer test solutions from legacy tester to Eagle or Flex testers.
- Includes generating test hardware and software
- Analyze test hardware schematics on existing products for revenue support
- Drive improvements in test methodology by implementing industry standard best practices and reliability strategies.
- Become a subject matter expert in the test software/hardware debugging and help to mentor junior team members.
- Identify yield enhancement opportunities and develop projects to resolve them
- Experience with debugging and developing test programs for analog products on Eagle and Flex test systems. (ETS364 Teradyne microFlex or similar platform preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced programming capability Python C/C and/or SQL
- Experience with basic Unix / Linux environments
- Understanding of basic statistics and JMP data analytics skills (i.e. Mean Std. Dev SPC CPK GR&R ANOVA)
- Familiarity with Gage Reproducibility and Repeatability (GR&R) studies
- Familiarity with performing transient analysis/spike check/deglitching on automated test solutions
Qualifications :
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Candidate must possess a minimum bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Computer Engineering or MicroElectronic Engineering
- 3-5 Years experience in test engineering role preferably using automated test equipment in the semiconductor industry
- Candidate should be self-motivated and conscientious
- Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must have good presentation skills.
