We are seeking a professional and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team in this role you will serve as a key support function within our HR department managing employee relations recruitment coordination and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a commitment to supporting our employees and organizational goals.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening interview scheduling and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies benefits and workplace procedures in a professional and empathetic manner
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through proper documentation and record-keeping
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and supportive manner
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data
