Job Summary

  • Enhance the Groups visibility on social media platforms aligned with key topics in external communication (Employer Branding Diversity Equity & Inclusion Corporate Social Responsibility Brands etc.).

  • Manage the editorial strategy for social media balancing between trending and evergreen topics using an organic and paid strategy.

  • Protect the Groups online reputation through active moderation and daily monitoring to proactively address potential crisis.

  • Crisis management with regular reports and recommendations.

  • Coordinate the Groups approach to Leader Advocacy in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Advise internal clients and recommend best practices to boost the visibility of each news.

  • Manage communication and content production agencies (editorial calendar management moderation briefing for new formats organizing photo/video shoots).

  • Supervise influence projects and campaigns.

  • Ensure that our key tools are used internally (Sprinklr Traackr)

  • Identify new trends and emerging practices to innovate and refresh our approach on social media.

  • Continuously monitor performance across all social media channels (annual quarterly monthly reports) to consistently enhance the content strategy drawing insights from data

  • Provide occasional support to regional/local Community Managers community engagement (moderation guidelines ethical and responsible influence guidelines) 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree plus five years of higher education.

  • Graduation from a business school university or IAE with a specialization in communication / social media.

  • Minimum 2 years experience on a social media role.

  • Adaptability responsiveness proactivity and agility.

  • Strategic analysis skills on social networks.

  • Quick mastery and technical knowledge of digital tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with good coordination and project management abilities.

  • Fluent in both English and French.
