Guest Relations Executive
Job Summary
- The Guest Relations Team Leader is responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Guest Relations section whilst on duty.
- To ensure that all guests of the hotel are checked in and checked out in an efficient yet warm and friendly manner.
- To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided by the hotel.
Qualifications :
Qualification in hospitality related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
Ability to enhance organizational performance.
