About the Role
Join our lending team as a Live Underwriter. Youll evaluate loan applications assess borrower creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications & financial docs
- Analyze credit income tax returns & DTI ratios
- Prepare underwriting summaries & recommend structures
- Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Reconcile accounts & prepare daily aging reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (mandatory)
- 13 years underwriting experience (manufactured housing preferred)
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
