Job Description:

Were looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies building data integration solutions for BI reporting analytics MDM and application integration using Informatica IDMC and AWS-based platforms.

What Youll Do

• Design build and deploy data integration pipelines in our AWS/Informatica Cloud environment
• Develop and maintain data applications and reusable frameworks under the guidance of senior team members
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle - from design through implementation
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using modern cloud-based technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
• Contribute to agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Learn and grow through hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data systems

What You Need to Succeed

Required:

• 2-5 years of experience developing data solutions using ETL tools (Prefer Informatica ETL Tool) or data integration platforms
• Strong SQL skills - comfortable writing queries and working with relational databases
• Experience creating data transformations and working with data pipelines
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data structures
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow your technical expertise
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/SDLC environment

Nice to Have Skills (Well Help You Develop These!):

• Experience with Informatica Power Center IDMC or similar ETL platforms
• Exposure to MDM solutions (matching merging data quality cleansing profiling)
• Experience with AWS cloud services AWS Glue Step Functions Lambda Functions
• Experience or knowledge with Agentic AI and Agentic AI frameworks I.E OpenAI Agents SDK CrewAI LangChain LangGraph MCP RAG Vector Databases ML DL.
• Knowledge of production change management processes
• Understanding of data warehouse design principles
• Experience or knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering workflows
• Experience or knowledge of Jenkins for automated build and deployment processes
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket for collaborative development
• Experience or knowledge of NoSQL technologies or platforms such as MongoDB DynamoDB DocumentDB
• Experience working with various data formats and storage technologies includingAWS S3 Parquet Avro JSON CSV ORCandXMLfor data ingestion transformation and storage

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
