Revenue & Commercial Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies to achieve hotel and company objectives
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue and senior stakeholders across Sales Marketing Conferences & Events Reservations and regional teams
- Maximise revenue across Rooms Food & Beverage Catering and Events through pricing forecasting and distribution strategies
- Analyse trends demand patterns and market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement revenue management systems tools and best practices
- Ensure accurate data input and reporting across systems including Opera Cloud IDeaS Delphi and Data Web
- Monitor and resolve distribution performance issues including Distribution Health Score
- Collect and analyse competitor pricing inventory yield and market mix
- Support approval and implementation of group pricing strategies and major booking decisions
- Assist in preparing forecasts budgets and weekly revenue strategy meetings
- Support cost control initiatives through accurate forecasting and profitability awareness
- Provide operational support to Reservations as required
Guest Service & Brand Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Sofitel values and brand standards in all daily operations
- Deliver personalised professional service to guests and internal stakeholders
- Promote a positive inclusive and collaborative team culture
- Actively promote hotel facilities services and special offers
Asset & Compliance Responsibilities
- Protect and manage hotel assets to ensure long-term value
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel guest and employee information
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and data security standards

This is a temporary full-time position offered on a fixed-term basis to support the Revenue Team during a defined period.
