We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator with a high level of attention to detail to join our team in a Full Time contract position for a 12 month period working as an administration assistant.
Reporting to the National Quality Manager you would coordinate and deliver as a member of a client services team a range of high quality client focused support tasks for the provision of independent medical services.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Support the daytoday operations and maintain the professional presentation of the office.
- Provide administrative assistance to the National Quality Manager including collating information for assessments and coordinating with imaging departments to obtain required reports.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including mlcoa medical consultants staff clients and examinees.
- Collaborate closely with the Reports Production team to ensure smooth workflow and highquality output.
- Manage time effectively to contribute to improved turnaround times for consultant reports.
- Contribute to a positive organised and efficient office environment through proactive support and attention to detail.
To be successful for this role you will have:
- Excellent Administration skills
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering customer focused business processes and services
- Experience working in a medical/legal practice or in claims/injury management (Desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and associated skills in influencing and negotiation
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High regard for confidentiality
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
