We are currently seeking a Health Information Coordinator Supervisor B tosupervise the Health Information Management Department.

Minimum Qualifications

Four years of experience in administrative services in a medical setting.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

Direct the Health Information Management Department in absence of HIM Manager.
Supervise the day-to-day operational functions of the file room chart analysis release of information coding and transcription staff.
Conduct in service training in health information procedures for HIM staff and other departments including medical staff.
Any and all other duties as assigned to include ensuring departmental coverage.

Appointment Type :Probational Promotional.
Career Progression: This position will be filled as a Health Information Coordinator Supervisor B.
Work Schedule: The incumbent will be required to work 8 am-4:30 pm Monday- Friday.
