Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCI clearedDirector of Business Operations-Senior - tosupport this missionin Tampa Florida.
Responsibilities:
AsDirector of Business Operations- Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the strategic direction execution and optimization ofTask Orderbusiness operations by implementing a traditional directorate model to rapidly onboard workforce stabilize global operationsfacilitatecompliance.
- Directs planning resource management and transition execution to guarantee seamless operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Leads development and execution of TransitionInand Transition Out Plans.
- Oversees PMP development MSR reporting andTask Orderportal documentation.
- Directs tracking and reporting of GFE/CAP across the TaskOrder.
- Supports Program Manager in governance outreach and customer satisfaction efforts.
- Ensures quality management processes are followed across operational domains.
- Serves as secondary interface with Government program authorities.
- Backfills Program Manager responsibilities overseeing contractor personnel and project operations.
- Develops procedures and directs execution of contractual technical and administrative support efforts.
- Manages financial and administrative aspects of the TaskOrder.
- Oversees problem and incident management processes.
- Leads coordination ofcross-competencyteams and ensures operational balance.
- Promotes continuous improvement through feedback and performance monitoring.
- Utilizes the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools (Task Orderportal Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps Power BI Power Automate G Invoicing API ASSIST portal integration variance analysis dashboards); Scheduling & Planning Tools (MS Project GFP management modules WBS tracking systems); Workflow & Tracking Tools (ServiceNow Jira Service Desk automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows); Documentation & Knowledge Management Tools (SharePoint libraries Confluence Microsoft Search lessons learned databases video library repositories); Audit & Compliance Tools (Archer GRC internal audit portals Excel/SharePoint audit templates configuration management database with version control); Reporting & Analytics Tools (Power BI with R/Python integration Tableau predictive analytics engines trend analysis dashboards); Collaboration & Communication Tools (Teams role based access via Azure AD mobile access via Power Apps)
- Utilizes the followingRole-Specific Tools: Financial variance dashboards Power BI analytics PMP inputs budget tracking systems
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaBusiness Operations Manageror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of12 years experience to include supervisory/managementexperience
- A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
DesiredQualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range
$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
