About the Role
Were looking for a full-timePractice Manager to join us in delivering the kind of personalised patient-first care were known for. Youll play an important role in helping people see and feel their best by offering expert advice organising the daily running of the practice and supporting the team to deliver a stellar service.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people building trust with patients and being part of a supportive group of professionals. Youll have the time and freedom to do your job properly by providing honest expert care. Working closely with the rest of the team youll help create a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Youll be working alongside the Practice Partner to help drive and grow a well established independent practice. You will be part of the exciting period with the practice looking to introduce new services frame ranges and technology.
As an experienced team leader youll use your technical management skills and passion for people to ensure the team is engaged and the practice runs smoothly. Youll be involved in the patient journey and day to day operation of the practice and be on hand to support patients with queries or concerns. You will use your skills and knowledge to help the team resolve any dispensing-related issues and contribute to the upkeep and organisation of the practice. Most importantly youll be someone who takes pride in great service and who brings warmth care and expertise to every interaction.
Additional Information:
- Previous experience in an Optical setting is preffered but not required
- We have 2 consulting rooms
- This role requires you to workSaturdays
- Our appointment times are 30 - 40 minutes
