About Tulipa House
Tulipa House is a 31-bed specialist dementia residential care home in Margate Kent providing person-centred care in a warm homely environment. The home currently supports 20 residents living with dementia. It is part of Discovery Care Group a growing multi-site adult social care provider operating across Kent.
About the Role
We are seeking a strong experienced Interim Home Manager to provide short-term operational leadership at Tulipa House during a period of planned management absence.
This is a hands-on interim leadership role for an experienced care home manager who can step into a live service stabilise day-to-day operations lead the staff team maintain safe care delivery and provide visible management presence during a period of temporary management absence.
The successful candidate will need to be calm credible highly organised and confident managing a home with pace professionalism and clear accountability. This role is intended to provide short-term operational stability and leadership during the interim cover period. We need someone who can lead from the front make good decisions quickly and ensure residents receive safe well-managed person-centred care every day.
