About the team and the role


The Global Sales Operations team supports eBays Global Seller Development (GSD) organization by building clear operating rhythms scalable processes and data-informed decision-making that enable seller growth and business performance. The team works closely with Business Development Account Management Partnerships and Integration teams to strengthen execution and operational consistency across regions.


The Senior Sales Operations Manager plays a central role in how GSD plans runs and evaluates its business. This role owns core sales operating mechanisms such as pipeline and performance reporting forecasting inputs and Weekly and Quarterly Business Review cadences. Acting as a bridge between strategy analytics and commercial execution the role translates business priorities into clear operating models metrics and repeatable ways of working. The role partners closely with GSD leadership and cross-functional teams including eBay Live Analytics CRM Finance Product and Category teams.

What you will accomplish

  • Establish and evolve core sales operating cadences including WBRs QBRs forecasting and leadership reporting ensuring insights are accurate clear and action-oriented.
  • Build and maintain dashboards critical metric frameworks and reporting views that track pipeline health seller performance forecasts and progress against strategic goals.
  • Define and improve pipeline management standards forecasting inputs and sales hygiene expectations in partnership with sales leadership and CRM teams.
  • Support go-to-market execution through resource planning coverage models segmentation logic and prioritization frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through delivery rollout and post-launch measurement managing dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Translate sales seller and operational data into insights that surface trends risks and opportunities driving leadership decisions and commercial actions.
  • Design document and continuously improve scalable operating models and processes across the seller lifecycle supporting adoption through clear communication and measurement.


What you will bring

  • Experience in Sales Operations Business Operations or Commercial Operations within a technology marketplace or platform-based sales environment.
  • Proven ownership of business cadence forecasting and performance reviews including WBRs QBRs and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear structured narratives that support leadership decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including pipeline management reporting dashboards and sales process enforcement.
  • Experience using analytics automation or AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency consistency or decision-making.
  • Strong program and project management skills including scoping prioritization documentation and partner alignment.
  • Comfort working independently in fast-paced evolving environments with exposure to global or multi-regional sales organizations scaling teams or live commerce sales motions.
