About the position

Location: Barcelona Madrid or remote in the surroundings

We are a leading company in the FMCG sector with a strong portfolio of wellknown brands and an ambitious growth strategy across national and international markets. We are committed to innovation sustainability and talent development. We are looking for a Regional Account Managerto drive growth with key customers and strengthen our presence in the region.

MainResponsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key regional accounts within theretailmodern trade and/orimpulsechannels depending on the assigned portfolio.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements annual terms promotions and activation plans at the point of sale.
  • Analysesales data rotation margins and growth opportunities proposing concrete action plans.
  • Coordinate the execution of commercial strategies with internal teams: marketing trade marketing supply chain and finance.
  • Ensure proper implementation of agreements in-store guaranteeing product visibility and availability.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and new customers within the assigned region.
  • Prepare periodic reports on results forecasts and KPIs.

So what does it take to be successful in this role

  • Minimum35 yearsof experience in commercial roles within theFMCGindustry.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail channel and experience negotiating with regional accounts.
  • Analytical mindset andproficiencywith reporting tools (Excel Power BI etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship building skills.
  • Results oriented profile with initiative and autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Residence inMadrid or Barcelona (or in the surroundings).
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
