We are looking for a Supply Manager Production & Projects for Military aircrafts.

Mission:

Act as main interface to internal customers ensuring the right level of visibility and customer protection fostering our customer oriented value and increasing our business impact.

Manage deliveries as per internal customer requirements in terms of On Time/ On Quality

Ensure process adherence for all accountable activities in line with the targets given by Procurement and Programmes

Ensure purchase Orders creation and supplier acknowledgement in line with customer demand

Follow up supplier orderbook while actively managing stocks considering existing demands (work in progress quarantine stock and other forms of inventory)

Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions.

Responsible for proactively and reactively ensuring Airbus D&S product conformity according to the defined quality inspection plan

Secure material flow in terms of OQD in close collaboration with SOs providing the appropriate containment and corrective actions as applicable

through actions taken by responsible supporting functions and/or suppliers in accordance with Airbus Approvals.

Responsibilities:

Lead interface with Internal customer on SQCDP Reporting and Coordination. Collaboration with stakeholders during the ordering phase

Interact with suppliers (remotely and/or at suppliers) as escalation point and with transversal departments for the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and ensuring settlement of disputes.

Analysis of forecasts and MRP execution and exception management Purchase order placement using collaboration tools in line with contractual agreements PO acknowledgement and monitoring On Time and On Quality deliveries for product and services protecting internal customer.

Ensure visibility on supplier operational performance KPI. RFQ to supplier during tendering phase according to applicable delegations. Lead escalation within supplier operational review. Monitoring and follow-up invoicing

Raising risks actions follow-up reporting and escalation in case on deviation to industrial target (-service issues) identify critical WP/deliverables and initiate mitigation actions

Support VRBs MFTs SMMs Participation in the Planning and inventory boards. Risk management methods.

Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows

Provide oversight of the amount of inventories and implement action plans with suppliers in order to control the level.

Participate to the New Product Introduction. Contribute to Change Request evaluation

Participate to improvement projects and best practices exchange activities

Ensure that payment to suppliers is done on time

Ensure ethical & compliance way of working in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct

Analyze the delays & prioritize the urgencies in view of emergency assembly lines and customer support. Pilot operational short and long term action plans (delay retrofit missing parts improvement of the logistic flows...).

Obtain and maintain data related to the PO into the ERP system. Ensure availability of export control licenses (Not ECCD) related to hardware deliveries

Identify the need and create/prepare/eradicate necessary quality inspection plans in close collaboration with SCQM and in alignment with stakeholders

Perform all defined quality inspections operations up to the product delivery (including e.g. software)

Red flag all the deviations occurring on product equipment and jigs & tools

Carry out at operational level investigations on any issues propose and perform containment actions in collaboration with SO and supplier

Inform SCQM and support root cause analysis corrective & preventive actions and improvements

Participate to SQCDP and PPS (Practical Problem Solving) board at shop floor and operational level guide and advise operators to take into account any

quality aspects

Attest conformity of the product with regard to the approved design (e.g. certifying staff)

Confirm process coherence by steering the concession signature flow and signing the concession to ensure material availability

Coordinate with the respective authority (e.g. DGAM) the required daily inspection plan supporting the material flow

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering Business Management or equivalent
  • A least 2-3 years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of:
    • Procurement
    • Engineering
    • Quality
    • Manufacturing
  • Ability to anticipate assess and mitigate risks
  • Strong communication skills including active listening and empathy
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade influence and convince
  • Procurement IT tool knowledge would be a benefit
  • Excellent skills in relationship building team building empowering motivating others and conflict management
  • Negotiation level of English

This position has a high visibility in Procurement and in the functions it is interfacing with (Projects Manufacturing Commodity Quality Program Design Suppliers)
