About The Role:

We are looking for multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis between Guilford and Merrylands.

Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in a accomodation setting.
Provide respectful person-centred personal care.
Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
Build positive empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster including overnight weekends and public holidays.

Heres what will help you shine in this role:

Experience supporting customers in anaccommodation/group home setting.
Comfortable with personal care anddailylivingtasks including domestic duties.
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities including working withepilepsy managementplanscomplex behaviourscatheter carediabetes managementandbehavioural support plans.
Ability to think on your feet remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Empathy reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
