The Role:
This is a relationship led business-to-business role not a high-volume call centre position.
You will be managing and supporting business customer accounts preparing detailed and accurate quotations and acting as a key point of contact throughout the order process.
Quotations are technical and require careful calculation. You will work with measurements building systems and pricing structures to ensure accuracy. Full industry and systems training will be provided but confidence working with numbers and detail is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound enquiries from business customers via phone and email
- Preparing detailed quotations involving measurements and pricing calculations
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to build long-term relationships
- Processing orders and ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Liaising with internal teams regarding stock scheduling and delivery
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Resolving queries efficiently and professionally
The Person:
- Previous experience in an internal sales sales support or account management role
- Preferably experience working with business (B2B) customers
- Confidence communicating detailed information to professional clients
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Experience preparing quotations or working with pricing structures
- Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a team
Industry experience is not required full training will be provided. However experience in a similar B2B role is essential.
Additional information:
Salary up to 29000 depending on experience
Office-based role Monday to Friday
Early finish on Fridays (rota basis)
