Wealth Management Administrator

This role is based in central London with the opportunity for hybrid working.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Wealth Manager ensuring excellent service delivery to clients at all times.
This position offers a structured development pathway towards becoming a qualified Wealth Manager supported by formal training professional exams and hands-on client exposure.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Updating and maintaining client financial review documentation
- Processing and following up on Letters of Authority
- Monitoring and overseeing incoming funds
- Processing fund switches and issuing associated documentation
- Reviewing and managing business pipelines
- Responding to client queries (both technical and administrative)
- Managing workflows via CRM systems and internal tracking tools
- Liaising with third-party providers and overseeing outsourced processes
- Supporting continuous professional development towards advisory progression
Candidate Profile
This role would suit a confident organised and motivated individual who thrives in a professional fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience and skills:
- Previous experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services
- Willingness to study towards and complete CII qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of IT proficiency including MS Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Professional proactive and positive approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
