Job Summary

Our client Blink Co is looking for a POS Implementation Specialist in Karachi

Location: Field-based Islamabad / Karachi / Lahore

Team: Operations & Deployments

About the Role

This is a hands-on on-ground role where you bring Blink POS to life at client locations. Youll install hardware configure software train staff and ensure smooth go-live. You are the bridge between product and real-world operations.

What Youll Do

Install and configure POS hardware (terminals printers scanners)
Set up Blink POS software for clients
Train store teams on system usage
Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
Coordinate with support and product teams for escalations
Ensure successful client go-lives

What Were Looking For

Technical aptitude and comfort with hardware/software setups
Strong communication skills for client training
Problem-solving mindset under pressure
Willingness to travel within city/region
Experience in POS IT support or field operations preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with retail or F&B operations
Basic networking knowledge
