We are looking for fluent German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Umhlanga. In this role you will provide high-quality customer support ensuring an excellent customer experience while working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Requirements:

Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
English level B2 or higher
Ability to work on-site in Umhlanga
