About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Customer Support Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in this role you will support clients in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns while delivering high-quality customer service.
This is an on-site position in Lisbon operating in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
Working Schedule
You will work in rotating shifts including weekends:

Monday to Sunday

2 rotational days off
-
Shifts between:

07:00 16:00
-
10:00 19:00
-
The project operates 24/7 so flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities

Support clients with paid campaign management
-
Provide guidance on campaign setup and optimization
-
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools
-
Deliver professional and solution-oriented customer support
-
Ensure high client satisfaction and performance standards
Requirements
-
Native-level Arabic (mandatory)
-
Degree in Marketing or a related field
-
Previous experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)

Experience with Google Analytics (mandatory)

Strong analytical and communication skills
-
Must be currently located in Lisbon
Important: No accommodation support is provided. Candidates must already be living in Lisbon.
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 920 gross x14 months
-
Complexity Bonus: 40 x11 months
-
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day

Health Insurance: From day 1 (employee contribution required; fully covered after 6 months)

Retention Bonus: Available depending on project performance

Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment

Conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism
