Job Description

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory control picking packing and order fulfilment
Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and operational KPIs are achieved
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
Coordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance and operational metrics
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure warehouse cleanliness organization (5S) and full compliance with health & safety regulations

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferably within manufacturing or distribution environments
Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Good leadership and team coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners
Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance
