One of our clients is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join their APAC marketing team focusing on SEO PPC email marketing website optimization and digital performance ideally with hands-on experience in Optimizely CMS and B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management:
- Manage and optimize website content and structure using Optimizely CMS.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely updates and campaign launches.
- Monitor and improve website performance ensuring optimal UI/UX across devices.
- SEO & PPC:
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Support regional agencies to manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research competitor analysis and performance audits with support from the existing agencies.
- Email Marketing:
- Execute targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Segment audiences A/B test subject lines and content and optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels.
- Use insights to inform strategy and continuously improve performance.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the global digital and content teams to align messaging and ensure SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to support integrated campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven expertise in SEO and PPC campaign management.
- Proficient in Optimizely CMS.
- Strong understanding of website UI/UX principles.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics Search Console and ad platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows.
- Certification in Google Ads HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus.
