Job Summary

SEO Specialist

Location: San Jose Costa Rica

Work Arrangement: 4 days onsite (in office) 1 day remote per week

Were looking for a dedicated hardworking SEO Specialist to join our team in San Jose Costa Rica. This is a primarily in-office role with one remote day per week. Ideal candidates are hands-on eager to learn and ready to dig into a variety of SEO and content tasks.

Requirements:

Solid WordPress skills: creating/modifying pages and posts configuring plugins (Yoast AIO SEO) and using page builders like Elementor
Proficient with Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs and similar SEO tools
Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT GPT-4 etc.) for content creation and topic research
Understanding of AI visibility SERP optimization and featured snippet strategies
Comfortable handling content creation editing and publishing workflows
Willingness to conduct SEO research site audits and ongoing optimization
Knowledge of schema structured data and rich result markup (a plus)
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years experience in SEO digital marketing or a related field
Proven hands-on WordPress experience
Practical exposure to AI/LLM content tools and strategies
