Job Summary
Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff for our company Bluespirit located in Patna Bihar India. As a member of our ground staff you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival areas - Handle ticketing baggage check-in and other administrative tasks - Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive airport experience for all passengers - Monitor flight schedules and assist with any changes or delays - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals - Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all airport safety and security procedures - Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus - Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of other languages is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
