Job Description
We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our on-site team in Barcelona. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and customer service ensuring efficient issue resolution and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and customer assistance to German-speaking users.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Log track and document incidents accurately using internal systems.
-
Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.
Requirements
-
Native or C1/C2 level German (mandatory).
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support.

Comfortable using IT systems and ticketing tools.
-
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
Nice to Have
-
Additional technical knowledge (IT software hardware etc.).
-
Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment.
-
Intermediate level of English.

Gross annual salary: 20500

Annual bonus: up to 2000 gross based on performance.
