In this role you will be the primary technical link between a world-renowned automotive brand its dealership network and its end users. You wont just be answering calls; youll be ensuring that drivers and specialists alike stay on the road with the best technical guidance possible.
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
- Expert Support: Act as the first point of contact for dealerships and end users providing real-time assistance via phone and email.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide accurate timely resolutions to keep automotive systems running smoothly.
- Customer Education: Guide users on product features the latest software updates and maintenance best practices.
- Case Management: Efficiently manage support tickets and technical documentation to ensure every case is tracked to completion.
- Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with specialized internal teams to resolve complex escalations and improve the overall customer experience.
What We Are Looking For

- Linguistic Excellence: Proficiency or bilingual level in German combined with an advanced level of English.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support roles.
