Compensation: Negotiable Revenue Sharing Model

Position Overview

Tress Lounge Canada is seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician to join our growing luxury salon team. This is a performance-based role with revenue sharing ideal for estheticians who are confident client-focused and ready to build strong earnings in a high-traffic environment.

This position requires availability for six (6) days per week and comfort providing services to both male and female clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform facials waxing threading and skincare treatments
Provide services to both male and female clients comfortably and professionally
Maintain strict hygiene sanitation and sterilization standards
Recommend and upsell retail skincare products
Build and maintain a loyal client base
Manage appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality
Stay current with industry trends and techniques

Qualifications

Certified Esthetician
Minimum 12 years of professional experience preferred
Strong client service and communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced luxury salon environment
Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing structure

Compensation Model

Negotiable Revenue Sharing (percentage-based on services performed)
High earning potential based on service volume and repeat clientele
