Job Description

We are looking for German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative selling building long-term client relationships and working in a cloud-based technology environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business clients uncover sales opportunities and contribute to a high-performing international team while developing your career in tech sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients

  • Identify develop and close sales opportunities

  • Negotiate with customers and handle objections professionally

  • Recommend and quote solutions tailored to customer needs

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Support SMBs agencies and C-level decision makers

  • Stay updated on technology and cloud industry trends

  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve business challenges

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in sales account development or business development

  • Experience prospecting and closing deals

  • Ability to communicate with high-level decision makers

  • Understanding of cloud-based software is an advantage

  • German proficiency: B2/C1 minimum

  • English proficiency: B2 minimum

  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Living in Krakow or willing to relocate
