About Role:

The company is seeking a skilled Mobile Product Designer to take ownership of the design for their mobile experiences across iOS Android Windows and mobile this role the designer will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to craft intuitive engaging and visually compelling mobile interfaces.
As the Mobile Product Designer you will help shape the next generation of mobile apps and websites by translating user needs and business goals into thoughtful mobile-first design solutions. The designer will apply a strong understanding of user behavior on mobile devices while maintaining consistency with the companys brand across platforms.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in mobile app design a solid UI/UX portfolio and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies. This is a 100% remote position perfect for a designer who is passionate about creating seamless and impactful mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing intuitive and user-friendly mobile interfaces for iOS and Android
• Create engaging interactions and UI solutions that prioritize usability and clarity
• Provide strategic design input and leadership across multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders throughout the entire design lifecycle
• Participate in all stages of development from concept and strategy to build testing launch and ongoing improvements
• Translate complex design challenges into clear actionable and scalable solutions
• Present UI concepts and design decisions clearly to development teams incorporating feedback and iterating as needed
• Work closely with front-end engineers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
• Maintain design consistency across screens and features using design systems style guides and best practices
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine mobile experiences
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback analytics and market trends
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends mobile design standards and emerging technologies
• Research and track advancements in mobile design patterns to inform future design decisions

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Mobile Product Designer with a strong UI/UX portfolio
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in typography color theory layouts and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Photoshop Illustrator or similar
• Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines Android Material Design)
• Experience with wireframing prototyping interaction design and responsive/adaptive design
• Ability to conduct user research usability testing and apply insights to design decisions
• Excellent communication skills able to articulate ideas clearly
• Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced remote work environment
• Bonus: experience with motion design micro-interactions and complex app ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical / Design Skills:

• UI/UX Design Principles strong understanding of user-centered design interaction design and usability
• Mobile-First & Cross-Platform Design iOS Android and mobile web
• Wireframing & Prototyping using Figma or other prototyping tools
• Visual Design typography color theory layout iconography and visual hierarchy
• Design Systems creating and maintaining style guides reusable components

• Responsive & Adaptive Design designing for different screen sizes and devices

• Motion & Interaction Design micro-interactions animations transitions (optional but preferred)

• Accessibility understanding standards for inclusive design

Collaboration & Process Skills:

• User Research & Usability Testing conducting interviews surveys and iterative testing
• Communication clearly presenting designs ideas and feedback to stakeholders and developers
• Collaboration working effectively with developers product managers designers marketers and other teams
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking breaking down complex design problems into actionable solutions
• Adaptability & Learning staying updated with design trends tools and mobile platform guidelines
